Aloha everybody!!
It’s June and we’re halfway through 2009! It’s been a fun & exciting year for us so far, and tonight we perform with Tony Conjugacion at the Na Hoku Awards at the Sheraton Waikiki ballroom. We had a great soundcheck last night before we headed over to Lulu’s for a quick bite to eat before heading home. Tonight’s event should have some great entertainment so you should try and watch it if you can … I believe the televised portion begins at 7:30pm. I’m going to play my new CA acoustic 6-string guitar which is a molded one-piece composite instrument. It has a big, warm sound and is stable in any kind of weather or climate – great for the hot and humid Japan weather in July & August! My 12-string is also a composite made by Rainsong.
I hope you get to see tonight’s performance … should be quite entertaining!
