It’s Monday … the start of another fabulous week in Paradise! We had a great Easter dinner over at our good friends, the Yamanaka’s, home last night. We dined on beef Wellington, grilled shrimp, and ahi sashimi, served with an assortment of great side dishes, and for dessert we had homemade strawberry shortcake! Everything was soooo ono! A big mahalo to Kelsey, Gregg, and Ruthann for being such great hosts!
We’re starting to get some good feedback on our Minna No Uta video which is currently being shown on NHK. Since it’s only being broadcast in Japan, you can check out the animated video on our ManoaDNA TV site at ManoaDNA.com. It’s pretty cool even though the cartoon is a little strange!
