Fun times!

Aloha, my tomodachi!  It was great to be back at Lulu’s last night … big mahalos go out to Pat, Sae, Shion, Robin, Claire, Miyuki, Kiyoko, Emiko, and Hiromi for coming down!  The biggest surprise of the night was when I was presented with a lei made out of bags of Cheezas!!  Our good friend, Hiroyuki, made it and instructed Kiyoko to present it to me last night – of course everyone got a big kick out of it and took thousands of pictures!!  Mahalo, Hiroyuki, for the most unique omiyage gift ever!  It was AWESOME!  (Sorry for the bad picture quality … was using my iPhone because the battery in my camera died … sigh!)  I shared some of my Cheeza lei with the people there and everyone loved them … I tell you, if you love cheese like I do, you’re gonna go absolutely bonkers over these little crackers!

We’ll be at the Kani Ka Pila Grille tonight so it should be another fun evening … lots of friends and family coming down!  I played squash yesterday for the 2nd time since  injuring my wrist several months ago, and it’s a little sore this morning.  ITTAI DESU!  I’m playing golf this morning so I hope I don’t end up injuring it again … that would be a real bummer!

Aloha, “D”
