Kani Ka Pila …

It was a hula “marathon” at Kani Ka Pila last night … a big mahalo to my sister Pat, Tricia, Nalani, and Tomoko (where was Yutaka??) for contributing their hula talents to last night’s festivities!  The last time we did that much hula was when we performed in Japan for Golden Week.  By the way, we will not be at Kani Ka Pila this coming Saturday, but will return on the 27th before taking off the whole month of July for performances both here and in Japan.  If you haven’t been down to the Kani Ka Pila Grille yet, please come and join us for a fun evening of music & laughter.

The boys & I are watching game 5 of the NBA basketball finals with our friends this afternoon, so we’re heading to the Manoa Marketplace to stock up on beer and pupus.  And since it’s such a nice day, we’ll probably end up having a barbecue here at our house after the game is over.  Take care and have a great Sunday!
